• R2-D2 was released individually carded
• The droid's dome can be rotated 360 degrees - which then moves the middle leg in and out of the body
• There were no hidden panels or gadgets built into R2-D2
• Hasbro included two booster rockets - which can be attached to the outside of both legs
• The bottom of all three feet have small wheels in them - so that Artoo Detoo can be moved around
• There are no electronics found in this droid
• Overall - this version of R2-D2 with the booster rockets fits better into the collection than the previous Droid Factory Flight R2-D2 from 2003

In Star Wars: Attack of the Clones, R2-D2 flies to the rescue in the Geonosian Droid factory. The quick-acting astromech droid fires up his jets and speeds through the factory to access assembly line controls and stop hot liquid metal from being poured on Padmé Amidala.
