Vintage Collection fans, get those virtual shopping carts ready—because Target just pulled a fast one on us! Without so much as a teaser on Fan First Friday, three classic 3.75-inch figures have stealth-dropped onto Target.com with expected delivery in early October 2025. Say hello (again) to the Gamorrean Guard, Bib Fortuna, and the long-absent cantina trouble-maker himself, Bom Vimdin. If you missed them the first time—or just need “one more for the wall”—this surprise restock might be your new hope.
Pricewise, most collectors will breathe a small sigh of relief: Bom Vimdin and Bib Fortuna ring in at the standard $16.99 each, while the beefy (or should we say “porky”?) Gamorrean Guard carries a heftier $24.99 price tag. That extra bacon probably covers his deluxe girth, soft-goods tunic, and stockpile of axes—plus, it’s the Gamorrean Guard! He’s practically a one-pig army.
Because Target dropped these listings out of nowhere, Hasbro hasn’t provided any official details about upgrades or tweaks. But eagle-eyed fans will spot at least one change on the cardbacks: the modern safety warning has migrated from the top to the bottom on the Bom Vimdin card, giving our shelves a tiny dash of variety. For this figure it marks his first return to pegs in a whopping 14 years, so some subtle paint app changes wouldn’t be a shock. (We’ll have our binoculars ready the moment he lands.)
Target lists all three figures with an estimated ship date of October 3–10, 2025, giving everyone plenty of time to rearrange their Jabba’s Palace displays and get ready for the HasLab Cantina (or clear space on those carded-wall gallery rows). Whether you’re army-building piggies, finishing a cantina lineup, or just rejoicing that 2025 still has a few reissue curveballs left, this drop is a welcome treat, especially for newer fans. Here’s hoping Hasbro sneaks in a few deco upgrades, but even if they’re straight re-cards, the thrill of the hunt is half the fun. Happy collecting!
